Tamar Rand is an esteemed interior designer with close to two decades of professional experience. She began her career in New York, and since 1991 has been working in Israel, where she has developed a unique combination of an American service and customer-focused approach and Israeli determination and precision in working with contractors. Over the years, Tamar has accompanied over a hundred projects — apartments, cottages and villas — and has gained a satisfied and loyal clientele, especially among the Anglo-Saxon community. Tamar is a bachelor's degree in interior design from the academic track in the College of Administration, and combines knowledge, experience and a keen aesthetic vision in every project in which she is involved.
