VEIL is a delicate layer that simultaneously conceals and reveals. Expanding lines in mint green, blue-gray, and cream hues create a sense of enveloped movement – like mist caressing the edges. The rug is hand-woven using techniques that allow for working with thin layers of material, featuring delicate textures that connect its parts. Each area is constructed as a layer that hints – but doesn't tell the whole story. Gadi Carmel created VEIL from the understanding that true power lies precisely in what is hidden.
