ARAVELLE is a textile interpretation of shifting light – an inner circle of sunset and sunrise, beginning with a soft oval and spreading in waves of color. The radiating light strips create a sense of infinite space, evoking the movement of time, not place. The rug is hand-woven from natural materials only, using traditional techniques that highlight the transition between color and form, between radiance and depth. Designed by Gadi Carmel, our head designer, as part of the TIMELESS collection – a series of rugs that celebrate what is enduring, simply existing.
