AMBER IS FORMED FROM OBSERVING THE SLOW MOVEMENT OF TIME -- LIKE A PRECIPITATE THAT HAS CRYSTALLIZED INTO LAYERS, LIKE LIGHT THAT HAS SUNK INSIDE A SUBSTANCE. Asymmetric composition, in shades of amber blue, sand and dark gold, creates an organic structure that softly interprets the space, but also holds a quiet intensity within it. This is a carpet that seems to have been preserved in the depths of private nature -- and pulled out at the precise moment. AMBER IS HANDWOVEN FROM ONLY NATURAL MATERIALS, USING TECHNIQUES THAT EMPHASIZE THE SOFTNESS OF THE MATERIAL AND THE DEPTH OF TEXTURE.
